I've led growth for companies in San Francisco, New York and London.
Of the 20+ companies I've worked with, a few were acquired or became unicorns.
Some became profitable businesses and others failed.
The difference in success or failure usually came down to team and market.
But I'd like to think I had a positive impact regardless of the outcome.
